Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

It is not allowed to move or change decorative elements.

The rooms as well as all common areas are used exclusively by the tenants.

For any damage there is a corresponding charge (eg wear of bed linen from sunscreens, hair dyes, etc.).

The down payment costs, in case of deposit in the bank, are borne by the customer.
